The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has determined that the platform fees, food prices, and delivery charges imposed by foodtech giant Zomato do not constitute unfair or discriminatory practices. According to Live Law, a bench led by Chairperson Ravneet Kaur, along with members Anil Aggarwal, Sweta Kakkad, and Deepak Anurag, concluded that these charges do not amount to an abuse of dominant position under Section 4 of the Competition Act, 2002.
