Hello John! I think I can help you get there. Let's start from your question: I would recommend you to get a PC with at least 16 GB DDR4 RAM, 256 GB NVMe Gen. 3 or 4 SSD and Intel Core i5 from H or HX series. Note that these are mid-level requirements. And for your other questions, I'd recommend you to learn it from CodeWithHarry on YT and get a certificate after completing an online paid or free course.
