actually the thing is, my brother India Prime minister marketed the wrong thing every time and MPs focused more into the regionalism and communism to maintain his power because the majority is still not very aware hence not adaptive or supportive in addition society has fears to lose more, than to get because they don't have awareness of new things. The RTE approach needs more structured restoration and active presence of the people towards education, I feel this is the only way for india to reduce the development time.
