Me too because there's a redevelopment project working on here in my surroundings so the whole road has been changed and it takes 7 mins via the new road while the zomato and Swiggy and blinkit apps show that the delivery partner has delivered

I have seen Blinkit take the longest time about 20-30 mins to deliver, Zepto is the most expensive of the 3 apps with difference of 50 to 100 rs per order and Swiggy Instamart seems to be in a sweet spot by providing delivery within 3-5 mins as well
