Started Tool Snitch in May 2024 with just an idea โ no roadmap, no team, just a blurry vision. It felt too big to even begin. But by April 2025, we launched. The journey taught me more than any classroom ever could โ from understanding compliances, drafting policies, handling registrations, talking to shop owners, building teams, to even designing WhatsApp flows (mostly through jugaad). Weโre now live, fully bootstrapped, and have validated the model with real users. What we need next is structured guidance, mentorship, and the right support to scale.
