My post got 125,000 views but brought 0 followers. L. People follow you because they expect future value. 3/ Commenting > Posting 1. My best comments get 5-10x more views than posts. 1. Comment on creators that overlap with your network. 4/ Viral Valuable L↳ Most viral posts are fluff recycled 100 times over. Learn from them, but post your own insights. 5/ Fast Growth Takes Time + Work L. The fastest-growing creators spent time engaging. I left 10,000+ comments and replies since I started. 6/ Post & Ghost Doesn't Work 1. Scheduling your posts and exiting LinkedIn kills them.
