Idea is good. However, have you tried getting FSSAI certificate? I got mine in a week, without any audits or visit. Just pay online, enter few details, and you get it. Baithe baithe. Now in a country where govt compulsive food certification is so easy to get, how trustworthy will be this solution? In fact, it’ll be a loss for us customers only, believing that the restaurant is hygiene certified where in reality, they paid someone something to get that badge. I think, this is the biggest issue that you’ll have to tackle. If this is done properly, product can be made in a week.
