to be honest most of the people in India will not pay for such service because they will choose YouTube for the same I know the paid subscription can give more value to the consumers but then to the consumer will choose YouTube you need to add any extra benefit purchase your subscription example if you are teaching about drop shipping ask them to pay any amount of money + give them are ready website for start there business this extra benefit will force people to buy the subscription because people will choose less hustle
