I planned a whole side project... and never launched it! I had the name. I had the UI design. I had the tech stack picked out. Even the color palette. But I didn't build it. I got stuck in planning, doubting, tweaking, overthinking. And slowly... the excitement faded. What I learned? Execution > Ideas Start messy You don't need the perfect plan -you just need momentum! Now, whenever I feel stuck, I just ask: "Can I make a simple version of this in 3 days?" If yes - I build it. If no - I simplify it. Many times and I totally agree with you . Launch your product as soon as possible with MVP, refine and iterate with feedback, that's what I learnt and in very hard way .

Ankita you are not alone most side projects die in the idea phase because we treat them like products not experiments Your solution Strip it to its bare bones Forget perfect Launch a bad version this week Momentum is more important than clarity in the early stage You can’t iterate on something that doesn’t exist Build messy learn fast and let the market shape it
