With 1billion$ investment i would definitely go for solving the pollution, in which i will fix the vending machines in different areas of cities where they people dump the plastic bottles and wrappers after they get some points in app which they can use to shop online or discount vouchers. That would also integrate some AI features which allows people to find nearby vending machines and create healthy environment. I've covered some of pillars you have mentioned and more idea can be implemented when 1billion$ get credit 😂❤️ Jokes apart, i have only shared my idea!
