Oh my Dear!, If you're a web developer and go with React native, you can still make mobile apps and will have strong command in web development also with the same framework. But if you go with Kotlin, you can only use it for Android Development not for web development. Now choice is yours, Both Android and Web Development or Only Android Development. Hope you understood.
