What I have felt that when a start-up founder hires some professional agency for some task, he/she is not able to give sufficient time to that agency to explain their own product-baby. Recently, I met with one of my client who is in construction equipment category, he wanted my help in lot of things, however he doesn't have time to explain things to me. His previous project which I did, could have been completed in just 10 days, however it took approximately 1.5 months as he was not available majority of the time to discuss the things. Worked with another start-up and same thing, projects gets delayed because you are bad either at time management or in deciding the priority of tasks. Any views from other start-ups here?? #startup #market #research
