The system can't wash its hands by shifting the blame onto VCs and Founders. They should create a conducive environment for the people to come out and do the business at ease in the first place . Innovation doesn't appear out of the blue, it takes birth only when the entrepreneurship is nurtured for long enough and allow the risk takers to go out of the box. In our country, things are made more and more complicated for a new comer. Mammoth companies tie the knot with the system and together bully anyone who is coming up with a great idea. Even if someone comes up with a new idea , system pushes them so hard and facilitate the big A's of India to take over the newbies. All this bullshit is a desperate way to give a perspective to public that the politicians want good things to happen in this country but it's the people who are lazy and risk averse.
