Why are there few likes but zero replies on the post? Getting no feedback hurts.😔

Just saw a post on medial regarding Myntra entering the doorstep delivery market although just fashion for know but the main question is,why are we getting to see so much scuffle in this sector?

I think the Medial app should focus on getting more active users there so less active do you guys agree with me

Why Medial don't have a feature to see which user liked the post??

What's the criteria for a trending post? Some people getting 6 like in 10 hours and only 1 reply are trending, while I'm constantly getting same likes and more replies, still not trending. Can you explain @medial?
