we at Grofyl.com, recently closed a client at ₹11K. I would say Stay active in WhatsApp groups. Showcase your portfolio on social media. Personally reach out to founders and business owners via DMs. Pitch them with a well-crafted PPT. Identify a niche like real estate owners, startup founders, or local businesses. then pitch them your services. you don't need website, just a portfolio work that you can build by teaming up with other freelancers. just ping me over dm I will share you the group links.
