According to me, these MIGHT be the reasons: 1. Not as interactive as it can be. 2. Technically/Technologically, somewhere they would be missing out on. 3. Integration of AI in the app. 4. Lack of sufficient information and data. 5. Less collaborations with Big Private Hospitals in the market (which are very famous). 6. Time and money invested in building the Healthcare Apps.
