This is literally against the Terms of Service of every major social platform. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc. all explicitly prohibit the buying and selling of accounts. You're essentially asking someone to partner with you on a business that could be shut down overnight when these platforms crack down. No serious developer would touch this with a ten-foot pole
