Around 8-9 months ago, my friend and I started a side hustle, managing seller accounts on major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. We provide end-to-end account management services, ensuring smooth operations and maximizing sales for our clients. Despite being in a highly competitive space, weโve seen promising results. So far, we have helped just two sellers generate nearly โน1 crore in revenue, maintaining a 10-15% gross profit marginโall while working on a commission-based model. This experience has shown us the massive potential in the e-commerce service industry. We now aim to organize and scale this business in a structured way, making it more efficient and result-driven. To do this, we are exploring opportunities for funding and strategic partnerships.
