You’ve raised a valid point about dropout rates, and it’s something we’ve thought deeply about. Most students drop out because of a few common reasons—lack of accountability, financial constraints, low engagement, unclear outcomes, or just being overwhelmed with other responsibilities. To tackle this, we’ve put systems in place like appointing college coordinators to keep students on track, offering a pay-after-placement option for those who can’t afford fees upfront, and introducing a fine system for dropouts without valid reasons (no fine in Week 1, nominal after Week 2, and higher after Week 4 so on ). We also deliver content in regional languages to make learning more engaging and relatable, and we focus on hands-on projects and peer learning to build a sense of community. By addressing these issues, we’re confident we can reduce dropouts and help students succeed. If you have any ideas or suggestions to improve this further, please share—I’d really appreciate your input!
