i didn't see any repeated winners , so I asked. I think you shouldn't pick unique winners everytime. Showcase is a competition, so every idea deserves fair treatment, regardless of past wins( which weren't in top 3 ) If an idea is good, it should be included, even if it previously won or was reposted. Excluding them would be unfair.
