I started something similar when I was in 12th standard about 5 years ago. Here's what I learned: don't try to do everything at once. I was decent at coding but terrible at design and marketing. What worked for me was partnering with two friends who were good at those things.

Kudos for having such entrepreneurial spirit at your age! However, I think you might be biting off more than you can chew here. As someone who runs a similar agency, I can tell you that providing ALL those services requires either a team of specialists or years of experience to do properly. Small businesses need quality work, not just cheap solutions. Maybe start by focusing on your strongest skill (front-end dev?) and expand gradually as you build a reputation and portfolio.

Providing all these services at the intial stage might be challenging as there won't be much clients initially and it will be more expensive if you collectively hire people for all these roles on thing you can do it outsourcing some services to freelancers by taking some advance from clients I am a UI UX designer and I think we can do a tie-up for this and here's my portfolio by the way
