We turned a normal photo of my daughter into a full-blown Pixar-style animation Here’s how we pulled it off (super fun + all AI tools): Step 1: Used ChatGPT 4o (Plus version) to make her look like a Pixar character — kept everything as-is: dress, face, especially eyes Prompt: “Pixar style please, make eyes as close to image, maintain all details like dress, hair style, facial expressions, mood.” Step 2: Recorded a WhatsApp voice note: “Mindoola” (means “I won’t talk to you!” in Malayalam) Converted it to mp3 using FreeConvert, then cleaned it up in ElevenLabs Step 3: Used ChatGPT to help write this: “She stiffens posture, brows furrow, lips pout, eyes narrow… then folds her arms with drama.” Step 4: Uploaded the image + voice + prompt into Hedra AI (Character mode) And boom — she came alive!
