The problem isn't that you're lazy, it's that you've fallen for the most dangerous lie in productivity culture: that motivation precedes action. You're waiting to "feel motivated" before starting, but that's backwards. Motivation FOLLOWS action, not the other way around. The most disciplined people I know aren't walking around constantly motivated; they've just built habits that don't require motivation. Stop trying to manufacture an emotional state and instead focus on designing your environment so the right behaviors happen automatically. No amount of insults will change your environment.
