With this Deal, 1. Musk is essentially creating a feedback loop where user data continuously enhances Twitter(now X), making it more attractive to users, as well as advertisers and service providers. With full access to data from X, Elon's AI company can directly use this vast trove of information to build better, more personalized AI models. A highly profitable model based on AI driven personalization. So yeah, the twitter acquisition makes much more sense now. 2. X is drowning in debt and losing value, so Musk merged it into his AI startup xAI in a no cash, all-stock deal. This let him shift Twitter’s $12B debt into a more promising company with better funding and growth potential while also maintaining control.
