Geography is less of a barrier. โœ… Entrepreneurial Wave: The Indian start-up ecosystem is exploding! More people are empowered to build their own companies, chasing impact and ownership over traditional careers. Look at the funding & unicorn numbers! โœ… Shifting Priorities: Especially among younger generations, flexibility, purpose, and work-life integration often outweigh the traditional promise of decades at one company. Data shows flexibility is a top demand. โœ… Globalisation: Teams spread across time zones make a fixed 9-5 impractical for many international companies.
