Zepto actually started with this business model albeit in COVID times. It was called KiranaKart. They ended up shutting it as there is little to no scope of making money long term, hence the opening of Dark stores in the first place. Could you share how this would be different from stuff like KiranaKart while also keeping in mind your and any business' goal of making money in the long run
