Hey, they are not getting $5 to complete tasks. They will have to pay a $5 Fine or similar if they don't complete their tasks. this is a concept from Atomic Habits ig, where if you do not complete your chores, you need to pay a fine to your friends or someone else just so that you complete all your work and don't procrastinate
