Congratulations, but prepare for the inevitable plateau. YouTube is actively suppressing creator-to-product conversion in favor of keeping viewers on-platform. Your 300K means less than 100K did three years ago. Smart creators are building direct audience relationships through newsletters and communities that aren't subject to algorithmic whims. YouTube isn't distribution—it's borrowed attention with increasingly expensive terms.
