Hello Everyone, i have some questions in mind while building my business. First let me explain you about my product , so the picture you see is the product i manufacture , its called Steel Guard (if you live in India you might have been familiar with this) So we manufacture accessories for Two Wheelers that contain many things Steel Guard is the most selling item from them My questions is How do you make a brand in this category 1) If you say Design - You have to make design According to the vehicle design 2) If you say Quality - Everyone maintains it as it is shiny due to polish and making it fit properly is not a big task There are some players in the market with same category who do not do white labelling they manufacture their own and the guys with shops in the main scooter market had to keep those players material along with the brand of the shop owner , unka maal unke naam se bikta hai.... What strategies should be used to position our brand at such level?
