I believe Bombay already gets a satisfactory amount of live gigs a year. there is just a demand for well recognised artists but that in itself is very expensive due to their demands considering their fame. on the other hand starting such a business in Bombay would be a good idea, although I do not know how their local government and other such influential parties functions. that is another consideration
