Have you ever visited a Common Service Centre (CSC) for government-related documents? Lately, I have been visiting a CSC near me to update and correct property-related documents. What I noticed is that I had to make more than 10 visits, mostly to check the status or submit additional documents. This made me wonder—how do CSC staff keep track of so many customers and their document statuses? With 50+ people visiting daily, managing everything manually must be challenging. Wouldn't it be great if CSCs had a digital tracking system where: ✅ Each customer's application and document status is updated in real time. ✅ Customers receive WhatsApp alerts instead of making repeated visits. ✅ The entire process becomes smoother for both the CSC and the applicants. A system like this would save time, reduce hassle, and improve efficiency for everyone. What do you think? Have you faced similar challenges at CSCs?
