Wow, Bengaluru at ₹35,887 really has taken the crown from Mumbai. As someone who moved from Mumbai to Bengaluru for tech work, this tracks with my experience. The rent inflation here in the last 2 years has been absolutely insane. My 2BHK went from ₹22k to ₹35k after COVID.
