so definitely iit's add more brand value it makes every resource more reachable in other hand if you join a 2nd or 3rd tier college you need to work hard make your own path your batch mate may be shit and that will push you to a comfort zone but you to make your future secure after joining a tier 2 or 3 college you need to work harder for success it is still reachable so you have 2 choice 1- you work 4x hard in one year that you clear iit and than achieve monetary success 2- you work hard 4 year constantly at tier 2-3 college and than achieve monetary success either ways the answer is when you decide to work hard you will achieve success.
