When you start a startup, you think everyone is watching. You hesitate before launching, fearing judgment: “What if people notice our UI isn’t perfect?” “What if my pitch deck has a typo?” “What if my competitors laugh at me?” Reality check: no one cares. Everyone is too busy dealing with their own chaos to obsess over yours. In your mind, every move you make is in the spotlight. But in reality, everyone has their own spotlight, worried about their own failures. So stop overthinking and just launch. No one remembers if your MVP was ugly, but they will remember if you never started at all. Your biggest critic is you.
