I am beginner in the world of tech. It eill be great help if someone suggests wheter i am on right track or not. Problem- Today's gen in their teen only keen tohave fun despite of their safety and eide vehicles at high speed leading to dangerous accident. Solution accorsing to me - A device that can regulate the speed of vechile according to the data containing age of the rider and only that speed will be achieved by the vehicles. Speed canbeslower down than that but can not be faster. And data will be accordingto the face detecting feature. How much success rate this solution has??
