Hey everyone, I’m currently working on building a business focused on custom 3D printed products, especially high-detail idols and decor pieces using advanced 14K resolution 3D printing technology. As a manufacturer, I’ve been exploring ways to help small businesses and entrepreneurs bring their unique product ideas to life. We’re experimenting with different methods—designing, printing, painting, and even packaging—to maintain consistency and quality. But I’m curious to know from this community: What are the biggest challenges you see in scaling a custom manufacturing business? How do you maintain quality while scaling up?
