Seriously this needs to be discussed, Me and my friend approached and bagged a SMS ( school management system). The crazy part was having meeting and social drinking gatherings from manager of accounts , it, school manager etc, By the time we burned 30k to make them feel comforted, Later they pushed with dates for payment and agreement etc Even though the fees they take from students was raised 4 times within this same time frame, Our project go stuck as the average Indian Client mindset was speaking silently “ hey keep pampering us maybe we will do something for you kind of attitude “ Keep all clients professionally onboard and never be a kisser to close the deal.
