Now, whom you choose to rent out?, If you are smart, you will choose Person B. Because, who want's get into trouble with their own land. Google ads work the same, Google ads works on the PPC (Pay-Per-click) Model , which means you will pay google only if a person clicks on your ad. Google is renting its piece of space at their results page. There will be a bidding war between so many companies competing for certain keywords. If you paid 25 rupees per click for the webpage that is well optimized for the keyword you are competing, There is a high chance of ranking at the top over the company that has paid 50 rupees per click but not having keyword-optimized website and low authority.
