2 wheeler service aggregator More than half of Indian households own a two-wheeler. While the car service experience is significantly enhanced with doorstep pickup, general updates and home drop off it isn't the case with 2 wheelers. Idea: There are a lot of local serice and repain shops. This platform let's you schedule a service appointment during work/overnight/ short trip to the mall. A driver comes picks your bike take its to the closest onboarded service shop for a quick service while you get all updates (ex. Oil change) on the app. Full transperency and no downtime. Ultimately we equip the service shops with better training and data management to streamline this service and grow to become EV service specialist. To test this I am thinking of starting a simple WhatsApp community in high density areas of Bengaluru where I will onboard people with this issue through word of mouth (PGs, popular tea shops)
