No, because for building a company you need to have courage, courage to speak up, courage to argue, courage to be competitive, courage to be ruthless. By being an introvert you miss on a lot of things, it's hard to share your thoughts, your vision.

Also, Introverts are far better off at creating Ideas, creativity, branding, marketing, psychology, etc because of their deep focus, empathy and focus on even minute details which extroverts can't.
