what's biasness?
Tendency to have an unfair preference for any decision, event, person, idea etc Repetitive thinking about the same situation causes these biases. Like if you ask a Ronaldo fan to evaluate other players, he will eventually rate them relative to him. It's very difficult to remove biases from any system.
