Working on this I could say most challenging is getting better data! Because most of the data isn't yet managed! Less penetrations of EHR in the market. Most doctors don't mind keeping such data. Hospital and nursing homes can be a good source but not easily accessible. Institution have better data in that case. Still even after getting data, cleaning it , getting meaning out of it and then deciding what models to implement. It is challenging but eventually this tech will become standard norm in next 5-10years.
