Yeah you are not completely wrong, most of the VC's and Angel Investors prefer revenue over the Idea and Market potential and that's the sad reality.
from the data from Sebi Website there are near about 600 reg. VC's Indian and 400 Reg. Foreign VC's, How the Fucking Linkedin posts about 2000+ VC's list and 5000+ VC's list
