Attended AHAAR 2025 in Delhi this week—one of Asia’s biggest food and hospitality trade shows. The energy was unreal! Endless stalls, buzzing conversations, and a chance to catch up with clients while meeting some incredible industry leaders. But one thing stood out—so many people were just wandering. No plan, no clear goal. And it made me wonder: Why invest time and money in such a big event without knowing what you want out of it? I’ve learned that just showing up isn’t enough. The real value comes from having a game plan—making the right connections, spotting new opportunities, or staying ahead of industry trends. Every conversation has the potential to lead to something big. Yes, expos can be overwhelming—the crowds, the noise, the sheer scale of it all. But if you stay focused and intentional, the experience becomes so much more rewarding. And next time you attend an expo, ask yourself: "What am I here to achieve?" That one question can change everything.
