I have been looking into this model from a long time now There is this guy who do this in dubai and has gained massive following on Instagram his page name is i guess (subleasedubai). He tells about his real time profit and losses. But as for goa the tourist visitation has decreased massively in the last 2 years because of how expensive is everything getting. It needs a good experience in hospitality if you going to start in such phase to make a profit.
