Hey people at Medial Mod. I wanted to know what recruiters at startups look for in freshers and interns. I mean we neither have much work-experience nor do we know what real systems work like except some of us who contribute to open source codebases and stuff. The only thing we do have is the passion that drives us to learn more which is good for us but I don't know how that could benefit you as a company. Would love to hear your views as well as any others who might have meaningful knowledge to share here.
