We have to realize that this is not actually a problem. Wanting to be alone at times is a natural response, especially when dealing with mental health struggles. The real issue is not isolation itself, but the lack of safe spaces where people feel comfortable opening up. Instead of forcing connection, we should focus on creating environments that encourage genuine belonging and understanding.
