1st one is needed If they think it will spam the notification bar of users then they can limit it Like only 5 notification/day by a creator

Hmm but for that to happen, creators have to post simulatesly or the notification should go at the end of the day Else they can also let user decide which persons notification they should get Like the bell icon that's there in yt
