hey gauri you can actually register your company on vakil search for less than 15k for which you will need a register office space you can go for a virtual office that will give you an address and the agreement for registration of the company you do not need any paid up capital tbh and any co-working space will offer you an virtual office they might change 15k -20k per year

You can do company registration online with just 15-20k and show less working capital. Pitch investors well how you will get into idea and what are your core strengths, what will you do with the funding you got. Explain like a founder you have a clear vision, they are not interested in your product at first.
