Be very careful. If the agency or someone asks you to pay beforehand or after signing the first deal, its a scam

got one private agency asking me to pay 20k beforehand and 1% after grant

They are scammers, there are many such out there. Then they will make a fake delay and say you will have to pay extra for express. Also the only incubation they know will be Atul. They can even fake the call pretending to talk to an incubation center
